Hungry for dessert not much time?

This is a fun recipe to try. Cake in a cup. Especially for kids to make . It takes 5 minutes from mixing ingredients to microwave! My grandson wanted to bake something together so we tried this recipe. He loved it , it's sort of a sponge cake consistency,very tasty and satisfying especially with ice cream or whipped cream.
5 minute Chocolate mug cake
4 Tbl spoons flour
4 Tbl spoons sugar
2 tbl spoons cocoa powder
1 egg
3 Tbl spoons milk
3 tbl spoons oil
3 tbl spoons chocolate chips
splash of vanilla extract
1 large mug

add all dry ingredients into mug mix well with fork.
add slightly beaten egg mix well
add in milk ,oil and mix well
add chocolate chips and vanilla mix again
place mug into microwave and cook for 3 minutes cake will poof up like a souffle and collapse down and end of cooking time. cool and eat.
